Most orders are processed to be shipped within 48-72 hours, and First Class Mail delivery can take between 1 and 10 days from Texas depending on where you live, so we also offer Priority Mail service (for just $1 more) as an added option for quicker shipping after processing.  Delivery always takes longer around holidays, so please order early.

Store Policies

Personalized items are non-refundable, so please be sure to check the spelling twice on all personalized items before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors that were submitted with the order, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on personalized merchandise.

Personalization

The personalization pictured on all the tooth fairy pillow pockets throughout our website is a computer font, which is only meant to show where the name is personalized on the pocket. 

Every Tooth Fairy Pillow is carefully personalized by hand with a permanent fabric paint pen in black to make the name "pop" out, then stars or hearts are added in a coordinating color - they are adorable!
