Processing Time

Tooth Fairy Pillow orders are generally processed within 5 business days.  First Class mail delivery from Texas can take from 1 to 10 days after processing, depending on where in the country you live.  Priority mail delivery is quicker, usually 2-3 days after processing.

Shipping and Delivery

Even though postage costs continue to rise, we are still offering low shipping rates.  Relax and enjoy our flat rate shipping - just $5.95 ships your entire order first class.  You can also choose Priority Mail for $7.95 for quicker shipping after processing.   Delivery always takes longer around holidays, so please order early.

Free Tooth Fairy Letters

Our free personalized letters from the Tooth Fairy are not the same letters as the custom made Tooth Fairy Letters shown here.  Our free Tooth Fairy Letter MUST BE SENT in the same package as the Tooth Fairy Pillow to qualify as being free.  If you request a free letter after receiving your Tooth Fairy Pillow, there will be a separate $3.00 shipping charge.

How Our Tooth Pillows
are Made and Personalized

Our Tooth Fairy Pillows are made entirely in the USA!  They measure 6"x8", and the outside is made of 50/50 poly-cotton fabric manufactured in the States.  The inside is stuffed with polyfill, then they are richly trimmed in quarter-inch piping to give them a finished look.  On the front of the pillow next to the professionally and permanently attached design is a little 3"x3" pocket, which is for the name, the tooth, and the money that the Tooth Fairy leaves!

The personalization pictured on all the tooth fairy pillow pockets throughout our website is a computer font, which is only meant to show where, not how, the name is personalized on the pocket.  We personalize every Tooth Fairy Pillow carefully by hand with a permanent fabric paint pen in black to make the name stand out, then stars or hearts are added in a coordinating color - they are adorable!

Store Policies

Personalized items are non-refundable, so please be sure to check the spelling twice on all personalized items before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors that are submitted with the order, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on personalized merchandise.

Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt.  You must report any damage within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange.  If a spelling error is made on our part, we will promptly exchange it for an identical item with the same personalization.

In 1995, we began our personalized children's business by making personalized books for children.  Then in 2001, we began creating and designing our very own pillowcases and tooth fairy pillows, which we personalize individually by hand.  We are the manufacturer of these products, and are proud to offer you the world's largest variety of personalized pillowcases and personalized tooth fairy pillows.  Since we are based in Texas, only orders shipped to Texas incur sales tax.
